Vegan Cashew Parmesan

An easy and healthy, dairy-free parmesan alternative!

  • Food processor


  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper


  • Add cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and ground white pepper to food processor. Blend until it resembles powdered parmesan, or about a minute.
